I was wondering if anyone knows offhand but of course I'll ask my vet too. Poor Nora went in first thing this morning to get a steroid shot for her frantic butt licking - dexamethasone - the vet thought that she'd have some relief this afternoon but she actually hasn't seen a lot of relief just yet. She's wearing the cone in the meantime. I did find one link that suggested it can take even longer to take effect - I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with this?
Fingers crossed because if this doesn't work I don't know what's next.
