How fun this must have been. Can they really tell their dogs apart from all the others?

SO FUN!

I'm guessing the one in the tutu was put in said tutu just so that her (gosh, I hope the tutu-wearer was a "her" -- if not, that's okay too) people would be able to find her at day's end.

It must have been all sorts of crazy fun.

Imagine all the herding going on! Hilarious!

I wonder if there will be a corgi convention in my area?

I love corgis and saw this event while playing on the beach with our dog.

Problem is that corgis develop a pack mentality and try to aggressively herd other dogs.
Its already bad enough that they take over the Huntington Beach Dog Park for a few hours on Sunday mornings, and make it uncomfortable for the other small dogs...

But I don't blame the dog. its the owners that don't remove their dogs when the Corgis aggressive herding instincts take over.

Video:

4/20/13 Corgi Beach Meet - YouTube

The one who "lost his stuff" in the Buzzfeed article link looks almost exactly like our Corgi Chevy. I can't imagine how much fun that gathering was.

Corgis are AWESOME dogs!! My wife and I love all dogs, but we'll never own another breed of dog after the awesome last 4 years that we've "owned" Chevy.

I saw a Cardigan in the video! They're really cool dogs also. I've only seen two of them in my life that I'm aware of though.

I was wondering that myself. Some strange corgi racism?
Of course, my pem insists that he's of the "master race."
