It is really a type of dog to be discovered, intelligent and spiteful and vindictive, suffers from irritable bowel pears, even if I feed it with a special diet, he gets diarrhea.
does anyone know this breed of dog and how to avoid the problem

I looked up Bichon and they are supposed to have very few health problems. Common Dog Health Problems | Bichon Frise Dog Health Issues | Dog Health Concern

Several of my neighbors have them.....very popular dogs where I live. No one mentions any problems. They seem to be really sweet inquisitive, friendly happy dogs.

What does your vet say? What kind of food is your dog on?

I would never have recognized the description as the Bichons I have known and loved for 25 years. The only problem I've had is skin which is very common for the breed. This has been completely eliminated by feeding a seafood based grain only food. They are velcro dogs who want only to please. Not a vindictive bones in their body. Are you sure you have a Bichon?

There may be some translation issues with the OP so perhaps "spiteful and vindictive" are not really what he/she intended.

The OP, you mention a special diet. What are you feeding your dog?

I hadn't noticed that the OP was in Italy .....I think that explains the word choices. Thanks for pointing that out; "spiteful and vindictive" could mean "spunky and loyal".

Hey ppl ... whats up .. are ya doing .. I'm trying to perfect my slang

I know it's a very smart dog if I leave it alone, for revenge he pees on the kitchen table, but when I get back, and he looks at me with wide open eyes ... I can not tell him anything, the diet recommended by vet is composed of kibble to meat of chicken and vegetable brand is YARRAH, I would try with raw meat at last..sometimes.
Thanks to you all

Dogs are Not spiteful. They potty when they need to. You need training. 1st have the vet check him for UTD. Once you have all medical problems ruled out Train him... How long are you letting him out to potty & when? Crate training also helps with housetraining.

In my presence he behaves well makes me understand when (by tapping my elbow with the front legs) needs the toilet, I say goes in the garden and he runs, I think he understands some words, may you define UTD, to be honest l've never trained my B. to use the pot

Maybe UTD = urinary tract infection?

As to the diarrhea, could be an intolerance of some sort, assuming you've had him tested for parasites and bacterial overgrowth. (Usually done by taking a sample of his poop to the vet.)

If this were my dog with diarrhea, I'd try either a raw or cooked diet or one of the "limited ingredient" or grain-free kibbles. I don't know what's available to you in Italy but I imagine you have a pretty good selection of foods. I'd also maybe give him probiotics, the ones for people are fine.

Your English is a heck of a lot better than my Italian.
