OMG! I was lurking on the Redding Craigslist pet section and found a post for an event for dogs at the Shasta Fair for a club called Spash Dogs. What fun! Check out the video on their site:

One of my friends that has done fly ball with her dogs for years now has 3 younger dogs that not only do fly ball but are into the dock jumping too. It is hard to say which sport those 3 enjoy more!

Geez. My weiner would have loved this. But, alas, we can't even manage to get our beaches to approve dogs allowed. It's a same too, as it's way too hot here to let them outside for any length of time for 6 months a year without some water access.
