I posted tis picture to give folks some hope and support if they have taken in a sick stray. The time involved was 8 months but I'm wondering how many vets or shelters would have PTS thinking nothing could be done. Obviously a beautiful dog.
Or knowing that something could be done but it would take time and money away from other dogs.
It's probably the type of decision shelter workers make all the time.
Another reason they have my respect and, to be honest, sympathy.
