How to retrain puppy after moving? (poodle, miniature, housebreak, kids)

Our puppy is almost 10 months old, a miniature poodle. We just moved and she has completely reverted to going in the house. She won't go in her crate anymore, we tried and she works herself up and gets sick.
We know her schedule and try to take her for a long walk, or bring her in the backyard for a long time. When she goes, we give her huge praise. However most of the time she comes inside and will go minutes altering entering the house.
I am at my wits end on how to help her, any thoughts would be appreciated.
retrain her a if you were training her from the VERY beginning, pretend shed a brand new 8 wek old puppy and start at the very beginning...she ust needs a refresher after the stress of a new environment.
Would limit her space in the house - close doors, put up gates, keep her in the same room as you and watch her like a hawk so you can get up when she starts circling etc, sounds like it's just a temporary hiccup in the housebreaking routine, stay outside w her and praise her a lot when she 'goes' (giving her a small tasty treat immediately after should help reinforce things, along w/ a 'Gooooood girl') - she'll figure it out, just be patient.

Thanks, unfortunately the house has such an open floor plan, there really isn't a way to gate her in. I wish there was, this would be easy! I am hoping with the kids back and school and she usually hangs with me, we'll get her back on track.
We have an open floor plan now too and it would prob. be difficult too - we do keep the bedroom doors shut - another thought is to get an ex-pen (exercise pen), it would be roomier than a crate but would confine her - when we leave, we put them in the ex-pen and it's worked out well but ours are small dogs so that have a good amount of room but even w/ a big puppy, it may work out. You could also tether her to you while she's on a leash so she's less apt to mosey over to a distant area to 'go'. We've gotten a lot of use out of it over the years as they're compact and fold up nicely in the car, have used them at picnics and other events too at times.
PS Another thought about the crate, some dont like the plastic crates as they're dark and can be stuffy - we've always used the wire crates which gives good ventilation and they can see what's going on and feel like they're more a part of the room (while still being confined) - we have used the plastic crates in the car while traveling but generally, if we have a choice, we prefer the wire ones - although some dogs prefer plastic. Just a thought in case you go out and dont want to worry about her loose in the house. In a pinch, I guess you could put her in the bathroom w/ a baby gate - if the door is closed, they prob. wont be happy.
since gates arnt possible, keep with the crate work (start feeding her all her meals in there AND giveher something like a kong stuffed with tiny treats (cooked chiken works well for this) and the hole blocked with low sodium peanut butter (a god glob) make the crate FUN!.
I alo agree it may be the kind of crate.
she should be in the crate whn cant be completely 100% supervied, the rest of the time she should eb tethered to you...hook her leash to her and to yourbelt, where she goes you go and visa versa...youll pay more attention to her cues hen shes in grab range.
