Gosh, it's been a long time since I've put up pictures of our girls, but I have sure enjoyed catching up. I love all the great pictures!

Here are a couple of pictures of our yellow Lab, Abby and my daughter's mini-beagle, Summer.
This was taken during the summer out on our back deck...

In this one they've just spotted someone coming down the hallway with food...

Best buds

Hehehe, yeah - we think so too but we're pretty biased. They bring such joy to all of us in my family. Every day they make us smile over something they do. They're our best friends.

Watching for squirrels in the tree. That's Abby over on the deck bench and Summer with her Beagle butt up in the air...

The ball rolled under the bush and Abby (the one on the right ) looked to Grandpa for help. Hmmm..... who's got who trained?

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! This is a frequent position of mine (like Grandpa's, I mean) but instead of looking under the bush for the "lost" ball, I'm looking under the couch.

I know it's under there when Artie stands at the couch, nose to the floor, and then looks over at me as if to say, "Uh, I may need your help with this again, if you don't mind..."

I didn't mind the first 412 times. Now? I'm not as thrilled.

Default The new Nanners

Here she is at her current weight of 73 pounds, down from her high of 115 in December, 2010.

She loves her heat dish, especially now that the insulating layer of blubber is gone.
