She is 9 pounds and 11.5 weeks old. Vet said she has small paws, so he guesses a medium sized dog.
She was adopted, so probably a mix.

at that weight at that age id say don't be surprised to se her mature around the 65-70lbs mark

hard to tell from the picture...and very difficult at that age...
wouldn't rule out shepherd/malnois blood in there but definatly a mix.

I don't see any Rottie in the pup.

The coloration is shepherd like, Akita also has such colors and markings....actually many breeds do.
At this age, as others have said, it can be hard to tell. Almost all puppies have 'fat' muzzles. If it stays that way or gets more pointed is a matter of time and a helpful aspect in breed identification.
To see a picture of the pup standing would also be helpful.

I also agree that there looks to be some boxer in there.....and small paws???..11 weeks and she's Good sized..LOL..and definitely a cutie!
