That's dated August 19, 2014, but it happened in December 2013.

It annoys me that this website regurgitated this story as if it's new news.

I'm learning about "clickbait" sites and I'm trying to avoid them. My Facebook algorithm sends me all sorts of animal and nature stories and sometimes I notice they are old stories. I apologize for posting the same story twice.

Let's hope by now that both the man and the dog are completely healed and enjoying their nightly stroll.
