I wonder what lame excuse the thug cop will have to rationalize cutting a contained dogs throat. This POS requires hard time with Bubba as a cellie.

This story is all over the internet. Imagine a cop with 24 years on duty would reach down to deliberately slit the throat of a restrained animal. I hope he loses his pension and spends some time in jail.
