I have a young pug in heat (not her first). But I have an older chiquaqua (female also) that wants to lick this pug now. She has never behaved this way before. She will sit by her and whine every morning until she can lick. Is there a medical condition that causes her to do this? She whines at night to go out and then she comes right back in and 2 minutes later is by the door whining again. She is old (about 12) and really doesn't do much but sleep, eat, and p/poop. She normally has nothing to do with the other dogs, except to be far away from them in her bed. Anyone ever had an older dog to do this
