Eww. What are you doing when the dog is in your apt/condo then? Just letting it pee all over the place?

Poor old soul. I find a belly band with an extra absorbant sanitary pad with wings works great.

Even a deaf and blind dog still finds joy in sniffing around the grass and being loved. The bungee/cup solution works great for dogs who pee as soon as they go out any door and think they're outside. If peeing in the condo/apt, then yes a diaper would be used.

No kidding! Doggie diapers would be far more comfortable.
