In apt./condo an incontinent dog peeing in carpeted hallways can be a big problem, and diapers are a hassle. Check this DIY solution made with simple materials:
Even a deaf and blind dog still finds joy in sniffing around the grass and being loved. The bungee/cup solution works great for dogs who pee as soon as they go out any door and think they're outside. If peeing in the condo/apt, then yes a diaper would be used.
That dog looks so uncomfortable with that contraption on.
No kidding! Doggie diapers would be far more comfortable.
