I adopted my little dog in August. Although the rescue is awesome about caring for the dogs, I took her for a check up. Plus, something seemed off about one of her eyes. She has brown around one eye and white around the other. It's a little tricky comparing the two. The white one seemed a little puffy, a little more pink at the corner and she blinked it a little more.
The vet said it's probably allergies. Really? In one eye? But I didn't push it.
Friday she had a dental appointment. An upper tooth needed extracting on the white eye side. And her eye is now all better. No more puffy, pink, blinking.
I just wanted to relay the experience in case anyone else sees something funny about their dog's eye. Might be a tooth!
Oh, poor dog!! Sounds painful. It's great you were finally able to solve it and make her comfortable again! And it's helpful to know about this unexpected symptom. Thanks!

A Year before this happen to him a teen Died in MD from Tooth infection that spread to his Brain! People with certain medical problems Cant have any dental work without taking antibiotics 1st so the germs in the mouth wont got to the heart & kill them! Lots of Medical problems can be traced back to Bad Teeth!
