I would bring her to the vet just to be sure she is ok.

Withhold food from her for a little bit and let her tummy settle but be sure she is drinking. If she shows not interest in water, bribe her with some low sodium chicken broth to keep her hydrated. If the vet says she's ok then you can give her some boiled chicken or beef with rice to reintroduce some mild food to her tummy.

The last couple of times our dog had an upset stomach, we withheld food and treats for 24 hours. We purposefully withheld his dinner thinking he wouldn't suffer too badly by skipping a meal if he was sleeping most of the time.

In place of his dinner, we gave him rice water to drink (he also had access to clean drinking water). We boiled white rice, strained the water, let the water cool and then gave it to him. This seemed to help his stomach settle as he was back to normal after that.

I think dogs are sometimes like us as in every now and then, they just have an upset tummy. Now if your dog is not drinking water at all or you suspect she could have gotten into something poisonous, call your vet.

My concern with your dog is she is having diarrhea and vomiting. If the dog does one or the other, that is common. But when both starts, and for 2 days, I would take your dog to the vet. He may have swallowed something he shouldn't and he is still trying to get rid of it in his system. He is also dehydrated, drinking water will not do much to hydrate him back as he might puke that out too. He may need a fecal check, exam, some iv fluids, a nausea/vomiting medicine to start from the vet. If it looks even worse upon examination or his condition deteriorates, an xray scan may be needed to check if he ate something stuck inside.

After two days, it is time for the vet.

A little bit of vomiting or the occasional diarrhea in a dog is pretty normal, but not when it goes on for two days.

A little additional note, diarrhea with blood or a bloody smell means straight to the vet the very first occurrence.

Diarrhea and vomiting at the same time could be very serious. Years ago I lost a precious dog whose first symptoms were this. It turned out she had eaten something and it blocked her intestines. Please do let us know how everything turns out and what the vet says.

Sounds as if your dog has eaten something that it can't digest. Its as though whatever it is, can't come up, and can't go down. Our dog got into some corn cobs in a field one time and had to have it surgically removed.
