I can't say enough about Coconut Oil for myself...Cooking, eating off spoon, making my own Toothpaste of CO base,,,,

My daughter has been adding CO to her dog's food now for a couple yrs and this 10 yr old Sheba has a beautiful healthy coat, shiny. not dry. Her mouth is clean and healthy and thought I'd share this here. Her teeth are good.

CO shines for so much better health.
