Three Women Attacked by three dogs (puppies, shelters, legs, spray)

I just read this in todays Eureka reporter. In the sixteen years that I have lived here, this is the first time that I can recall there being any kind of situation like this. Though our four shelters in our area always have pit or pit mix dogs all the time, sometimes up to half the dogs in the shelter and an overwhelming amount of the puppies.

Very sad situation indeed.

“Do not try to get in between two dogs fighting,” he advised, adding that it is better to try separating them with pepper spray or a hose.

I wouldnt advise anybody to use pepper spray seperating dogs, ifyou wanna &^%$ them off then go ahead. If you "must" seperate them pull their hind legs and yank them apart. It has always been the easiest in my experience.
