Leslie McDevitt's book Control Unleashed and LAT game was a total mind-blowing game changer for both my ADD border collie and my (initially) utterly untrained and totally reactive blue heeler.

I love these videos that demonstrate the power of the LAT exercise.

Leslie McDevitt's Look-at-that exercise as demonstrated by Donna Hill; clicker not needed, can substitute a verbal marker "yes" or "good" for the sound of the clicker:
