Well, play stupid games, win stupid prizes! Bet he isn't feeling so much the tough guy with his dog now. I take back my comment if the dog didn't belong to him and he didn't intentionally interact with it; can't find the answer.

Where did it say the man was doing anything out of the ordinary or even interacting with the dog? The story doesn't tell us that. What it does tell us is the type of dog it was. This isn't the first time, or the second time, or even the third time a male has lost his genitalia to this "type" of dog.

Needed a bit of exercise -- SO, I jumped to a conclusion - not unlike many others posting on CD

This incident reeks of bestiality.
Obviously the man's penis must have been exposed in order for the dog to remove it completely from the man.
Doubt it could have been completely severed through pants.
Perhaps he was up to some "funny stuff," when the dog would have no part of it.

Bob.

You do NOT need to be exposed in order for a dog to bite off your junk. There have been several stories of a certain type of dog, of which this particular dog falls under, that have bitten off genitalia. This is from the story on another source - "The victim is believed to have been fully clothed when officers found him and details of the attack will not be clear until he regains concsiousness.[sic]" -https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/old-english-bulldog-bites-mans-13395538 . It was reported the man was at a party and the dog was his, so like I said, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Next time maybe he'll get a spaniel.
