Eight-year-old Knuckles may not be the most talented pooch, but there is one the thing the Jack Russell Terrier can do without fail.

Whenever he hears the "Law & Order" theme song, his ears perk up and he starts to whimper, then he lifts up his head and chimes right in, singing along to the music with a full-blown wail.

My dog definitely doesn't have that talent. I watch L & O ALL THE TIME and he doesn't do anything when the theme song plays.

Mine started barking the other night at an episode of Law and Order CI, because there were a bunch of kenneled dogs barking onscreen. But never for the theme. And we watch a LOT of L&O.

We don't have TV, so no DVR...we watch Netflix on-demand, which has almost every episode of every season of all incarnations ready for instant viewing.

I was about to say the dogs were howling because they knew a sad show when they saw one. But you all seem to be L & O fans so I won't say that. lol There is one part of the show that I like...the closing credits!
