When it comes to animal abuse, I only wish bad things for those people. I have so much hatred towards people that can do that kind of stuff.

May Faith rest in peace.

poor sweet fay .... she really became the symbol for these dogs rescued last summer..... no lips.... probably ripped off in a fight(s) .... so she looked REALLY fierce..... but by all accounts, was an absolute LOVE......

she was on the front page of our newspaper here a couple of times and was in the article that Time magazine published in the fall......

Nor am I brightdoglover, but you are now my new hero. I agree with you completely.

There is simply no forgiveness for certain things in life. That is my belief. And it is my belief that God, the Great Spirit, will refuse to forgive con-vick and his ilk.

It may not be our provenance to exact justice, but it will happen.

And RIP my beautiful Fay. You are so right, Sillypups, Fay's gentle heart gave out because she knew she was finally loved. Forgive us, Fay, for not doing more.

Can we all pick a day and time, maybe this Sunday, and just light a candle in Fay's honor and say a prayer for her? I will be doing that for her spirit this Sunday.

When I read stories like this one I wish we could just tie up those involved so they could not defend themselves and let the dogs settle their score!

Missouri has seen too much in the way of puppy mill tragedies and this dog fighting ring. We need some serious legislation to stop this cr*p and the garbage that perpetuates it. Anyone in this thread from MO and know if there is anything in the pipeline for the upcoming legislative session?
