broiled, sauted, if you are doing the cooking it is up to you...Now, too bad there isn't room on the grill. We are doing some tonight, we wrap them in groups of about 4 or 5, wrapping them with a piece of proscuitto (spelling) ham. We do put a little olive oil on each packette. The ham shrinks as it cooks and forms like a tight rope around the veggie. Yum, yum.. I bet Mr Beesley would love some.
