Oh yeah, I think that would be a great place to live! My only concern with there is whether or not it will be TOO many college-age kids. I don't mind a mixture of age groups and I know that's the goal, but I think it remains to be seen how it will turn out.

I checked into bluestone commons online, it is supposed to be a new student housing apartment buildings, five stories high with parking on the first, although it's not for families, it seems really nice for students to rent, here is plan layout

Just so you know.... it's April 14 and we are having our second snowstorm of the week - both the worst we've had all season. I'd give anything to be living in Phoenix right now (seriously, we are looking at maybe moving there in a few years!)

Are you SURE you want to come here???

I am following the weather intently because my husband is already there and started his job, I am absolutely dreading the cold and snowing conditions but it's not like I haven't lived in cold places before, maybe not just AS cold! I know many Minnesotan snow birds here and some who have sold their homes in MN and moved to Phoenix entirely, can't blame them, but then again duluth offered us something Phoenix didn't, a job, and a good one at that! So I will have to brave the elements and start absolutely loving snow
It seems Duluth is well prepared for their weather and handle it very well, can't say that about other places.
