To some of the folks on here that seem to have negative stuff to say about Duluth, here is what Outside Magazine came up with in their annual poll. Personally, I have always loved Duluth. The people are definitely far friendlier than in the Twin Cities.. it's cheaper, and more scenic. I am curious about medical care though.. has it improved over the years? Below is the link from that magazine, scroll down to the bottom for number 1 Duluth!!

Oh that's ok - don't feel bad at all! It's always good to have a reminder and to get someone else's thoughts on Duluth! Having grown up here, I'm pretty proud of it. I would say medical care has come a long ways in Duluth and there has been a lot of growth in the medical sector. I still know many people who either go to the Twin Cities or the Mayo Clinic in Rochester for their care, but it has come a long way in Duluth I think.
