now the verizon store is for sale too? thats like the main store for verizon and there are always a lot of people there....I thought they just added those kiosks in the store not too long ago so I'm wondering why they would want to close that store

Im not sure if they want to close the store. But I think the Landlord is putting the building up for sale so Verizon could potentially be forced to move if a developer comes in and wants to either tear the building down or have a different retailer move in. It would be great if someone bought Ground Round and the Verizon building... that would be a large site.

hmm...from what i understand that is a smaller culvers... smaller than the one in superior and two harbors? do you have a pic of this one?

Its 4,000 square feet. Thats a big restaurant and thats pretty large for a fast food restaurant. I saw all of the plans for it and it is not at all a small building. The largest Culvers is 4,207 while most are around 3,800 square feet. Ours will be if not larger, atleast the same size as the one in Superior. And it will look exactly like the one pictured below.

The bid for Five Guys Burgers and Fries went out last night. Says it will start in September and that the space will be 3,000 square feet.

I know that Hell's Kitchen, based out of MPLS, is closing in Duluth.
