Just heard yesterday that Mexico Lindo from Cloquet will be the new tenant where Baja Billies was. I've always heard very good things about them!

Wow that is great news! Mexico Lindo has fantastic food, and has always been worth the drive to Cloquet to get it. Hope they keep the same menu and service in their new space!

Texas Roadhouse has huge orientations each week for its employees! It also may have been their welcome party to their new employees. From what I have heard from a person who is going to work there, Texas Roadhouse wont do a soft opening and will instead just open their doors January 25th 2010.

Just heard a few new rumors this weekend. Supposedly Duluth for sure now is getting a Chipotle. Also I guess Jo-Ann Fabrics is coming to Duluth! Seems to me the only large enough space for them is in the old Gander Mountain! Anyone else heard anything like this?

It wouldn't surprise me if Jo-Ann came to Duluth. In recent years they have gone from mall based fabric stores to full fledged art & craft stores called Jo-Ann Etc. They'll give Michael's a run for thier money. If they dont go in G.M. than maybe they're the first tenant at Greendale!

Looks like BWW has their official sign up now, they seem to be moving right along with the building as well.
