Yes they are, they've been making space for remodeling for the last few weeks.

That's great news! They are currently renovating all their locations in the Twin Cities area. The new store format is much more modern and features small boutique like stores. I wonder if they will remodel their exterior... One can dream right?

duluthian - yes Looks like they will be going over the brick or at least some. Also, I was in DSW today and they are painting the whole store. Anyone know what else they might be doing? The mall seems to be busy.

If DSW is painting the walls a dark tan or creme color that would imply that they are updating their store to their new protype (about time!). It is much classier and features a fare less "warehouse" feeling to it. Hopefully that's the case!

So Torrid apparently is open. Has anyone been in the mall to see it? And does anyone have an updates on DSW's space?

Few notes on the mall today - Saw the far entrance looks like its getting a new sign. THe one over by Perkins. When I drove by today they had it down and looked like they had a new one. Noodles lighting was going up today to maybe the sign too? It is looking nice! Can't wait till it opens.

Also noticed that Eternal Sun has moved to the former shoe store - Richard N's I believe. Wonder if talks are increasing again about Dick's Sporting Goods coming into that area, or if they just liked the new location better. They were kinda hidden down there in the Game Stop wing.

Man, I'd really like to see a major overhaul of the mall, but not sure if that will ever happen
