According to the National Weather Service climate data, Duluth set a record precipitation and snow for 12/27/2018.

1.19 inches of precipitation
12.2 inches of snow

How much did you get where you live in town? We didn't get nearly as much snow in Lester Park area (5-6 inches of snow). We did get a lot of rain.

Herman Town and down in Proctor got quite a bit more than here.

cornsnicker3, if you have not done so already, you must take a drive along Skyline. It is at the moment absolutely stunning with beauty. The fresh snow on the tree branches, makes one want to turn around and drive it again in reverse direction.

Do so soon,,, it wont stay that way much longer. Now it is in the prime.

This snow is great.
I'm headed that way soon, hopefully the pattern is more conducive to additional snowfall for the trails.
