You got an inheritance? You're lucky man that must be nice!

Regarding price I wasn't speaking of the price in 2005, I'm talking about right now. I don't see gold as a good buy at $1313.

In addition to hiding my gold I'm putting magnetic soles on my shoes so if the space aliens come for me I can magnetize myself to the ground and avoid being transported away.

Just for everyones information the current spot price for Gold in the USA at Fridays close was,

$1255.70 bid
$1256.70 ask

In the long run these prices will be looked on as a Bargain.

For what it's worth, I personally am in cash in my trading acct at this time.

It won't go back down ever again unless China decided to let us slide on the major ownership of the US pie.

If you decided to buy gold soon do it now because 1313 will look like a bargain, mark my words

LoL, just do a Google search on "Gold Confiscation"...all the hits seem to be on precious metal sellers and crank sites.

So people buy tons of gold and hide it out of circulation.

Like that NRA screaming that the government was going to confiscate everyones guns, and people bought more then ever before and hid them away (under Clinton first, now Obama). Gun sellers had record profits.

See a pattern here?

I love it when people use fear to take advantage of the gullible. It makes them poorer by their own hand every day.

Sub-Blue you seem like a nice fellow and I wish you luck, I really do, but this is an extremely reckless attitude as an investor, especially if you're "all in" with a historically volatile commodity.

Please be careful.

Remember the current times we are in. The dollar is going to completely crash so Gold and Silver are the absolutely safest investments there are right now.

Precious metals and guns/ammo will be worth a fortune if things get really bad . Guns and ammo will probably be worth more in a SHTF scenario .
