2011 GDP growth will be huge !

U.S. to see 4% GDP Growth in 2011*|*CATALYSTprc

It's great, let's expect many jobs created !
With the tax code overhaul (corporate tax to 23% from 35% today) and less regulatory burdens on businesses and more exports this decade could be great, 1990s-like

From article: By the end of 2011, US GDP will have grown 4%, unemployment will have dropped to 6.5%

No way. I think an optimistic goal for 2011 unemployment is in the mid 8s, I can't imagine it dropping to 6.5%.

I'll believe it when I see it. Statistics should never be completely trusted. I view this as an optimistic possibility.

Agreed. I think this is a little to optimistic.

But think it a reaction to the "AMERICA IS DOOMED!" "THE SKY IS FALLING!" "WERE ALL GOING TO DIE!" "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!" talk going on out there.

I agree with a 2% drop in unemployment by the end of 2011. I base that on the fact that earnings of American corps are good and there is a lot of cash waiting to be put to work.
