probably because on their own, they wont be able to sell their services. a private school hires many teachers and sells their education to parents. can an individual teacher start their own school of 1 classroom where they teach everything? some may be able to get away with that, but most cant. however, id invite them all to try and see the challenges of operating a successful business.

Went the S corp route, but yeah. Incorporating was the smartest tax move I ever made. I actually added a new hire thanks to the taxes I avoid, so, it does work.

That's fair. However, an individual who wants to become a teacher is aware of this beforehand. They could choose to become a shoe repairman instead.....

yep, its a choice. they have no business complaining.

im of the belief coporations shouldnt pay any income taxes. the money is taxed when it is income for the employees.
