Mount Vernon, Ohio is the small town near me that has a Sears and Kmart both of them survived the first cut. I was shocked the Kmart survived the store is a ghost town that is one of the reasons I go there, no crowds. I think the next cut it will get the axe but I hope the Sears survives since I buy equipment and tools with 12 months no interest.
Netflix is the only TV we have at the house, can not see paying 70 bucks for cable and channel surfing like crazy to find something worth watching. I did not know they were in trouble. If our towns Rite Aid bites the dust it will cost 4 bucks a trip to the nearest pharmacy, bummer.

Except for Netflix, this looks like the same list from 2011.
