No, the Big Picture is the effectiveness of the propaganda lie that glorifies maximum consumption. Once hooked, the gullible will gladly work 50 hours for the purchasing power to jump onto the "growth" merry-go-round. The lazy cook needs the 50 hours wages to provide for his appetite for more apps and a car with 20 speakers that parallel parks itself.
