So this past tax year 2012 did about 15 trips to and from her hospital/ surgeries. My mom would go along with us so we could use her car, and her medical back ground. My question is, do the extra miles that she drove from her house to our house count as reimbursed miles, or would it be just from our house? And I read that the federal is $.23/ mile, does the state of Michigan also do medical mileage reimbursement?
