what dooms us is usually our attitude. what gets in our way is often lacking education and training in a marketable skill. Still with the right attitude, we can often make it with out skills or education. But it isn't the easy way to go.

Good luck and an interesting question.

First thing is first. You need money to survive. There are two ways of getting it, either get a job in which someone pays you to do something, or find someone who has it, and just take it as in rob him.

The second one simply is not an option for most people. So you go with the first. But is there any jobs out there? Have you been looking?

I hope Dad is responsible enough to carry a good life insurance policy so the poster will be provided for when he is gone!!

Meaning what? That he's greedily spending his hard earned money on funding his retirement instead of dropping dead so you can enjoy it? I really hope that's not what you're hinting. If so, you take ungrateful to a whole new level.

Guys, the OP keeps trolling ... another was a recent thread in which he said he is just going to stop paying his credit cards because he doesn't want to pay any more. Now he tells us he is living on his dad's couch and his dad is somehow wasting his (the kid's) best years. Um, yeah, OK.

Yes, you are doomed to be homeless unless you get off this forum and other internet sites and start actually doing something. Come on, that isn't hard to figure out.
