May have is the key word there.he never calms to have sny proof at all ;os its just a specuation story. Not eve the first about priavte jets or even if they are russian.The stroies about Lativa;irael and other banling system is also not new'but most ;limit it to where is new money goig anf will what;s to come go.Notice he also includes a question mark i headline. We will have to wait and see rather than speculate on rumors of private jets etc.

I would bet that their were elaks like ithe US from governamnt to lowest levls.Anyone that could through another bank such as greek branch likely did so even before the freeze was offical.

But even the experts in the markets now doubt what ECB has done and most are saying they have wasted cypress and it started in the greek settlement when Cypress banks took a huge hit has bondholders. Then different terms for Cypress that allows depositor funds to be raided.Even then ECB officals can't get their story straight.
