It's not going to rock anything. They have set it up so that what they are doing isn't even considered a crime. Bernie Madoff was the only person who was convicted the last time. And the only reason he was convicted is that he stole from the rich instead of the poor and middle class.

BORELLI What's the point of skimming if we're being skimmed? Defeats the whole purpose of what we're doin' out there.

Every time a whistle blower comes out and tells all, it seems like it should be breaking news, but it disappears in a cloud of rationalization by the banks or Wall St. Just cannot win against these guys. The system is not rigged--they own it.

The problem with busting these guys and causing an investor panic is theres too much at risk. You do something to cause investor unease and suddenly weve all lost our 401k's...

except everyone should have known this already since 2008 and now they are just putting it in the market because they know it is rigged.
now people just dont care and want to keep stealing from the savers and responsible people that are trying to fight.

they are just giving their drug lords the money now
well actually the peasants are just asking the druglords to rape them now.

actually we need a good rehab to put us back into shape.
but now I think the rehab will kill the patient since they will commit suicide instead of facing reality.

so the drug lords are threatening that they will not supply anymore drugs to us the welfare queen addicts pumping up the markets if we even try to bring them to justice.
way to go guys.

now we are letting criminals get away with murder and terrorism just so we can pretend.

You might feel differently when your 401K represents 40 years of saving and you are 1 year from retirement.

Actually, I'm maxing out my 401(k) every year and would hate to lose it, even at the ripe age of 24. I also plan to retire early. Doesn't mean if there is indeed corruption I don't think it should be investigated.

I've already lost several hundred grand from my 401K due to corporate malfeasance. And while I agree with you in principle, I prefer to tread lightly at this point. I planned to retire early too! LOL

I applaud your idealism and your financial responsibility. But, after you've been rocked by a few economic tsunamis you might prefer to see the boat rocked a little less. I know I do!

This quote may not be perfectly apropos, but it gets the point across:

"Show me a young conservative and I'll show you someone with no heart. Show me an old liberal and I'll show you someone with no brains"
Winston Churchill
