You are right. He should sell the store, unemploy you and give his money to the starving people in China. Wait, China is more capitalist now than us. How about Singaporeans? Wait, they are way richer than us because a a few decades ago they went from dirt poor to capitalist. Now look at them.

Humans invented technology and discovered natural resources. Humans certainly did not create gold and petroleum. If I stumble upon a large gold nugget, I acquire wealth without creating it. The Clampetts did not create their wealth.

It most certainly is. There is a finite amount of wealth at any given time.... And if one group has it (or controls it), then that means that other groups do not.
absolutely and totally false.

He already gives his money to the people of many nations; he spends about one-fourth of the year traveling overseas.

You are absolutely correct. Every year, I pay my landlord $6,000 in 12 equal installments.

My net wealth remains the same, no change.

His net wealth increases approx $10,000.

The loans are priced precisely to make them attractive in relation to the alternatives, while still being lucrative for the lenders.
It's called freedom. People are free to take them or not take them. That's what you libs don't understand. You want it both ways. Take away from productive people that provide jobs and a higher standard of living away from all and give it to everyone else especially the unproductive.

Socialism works until you run out of other people's money.

Because he is providing a service in a free market economy. That's the way it works. Should he give it to you free(loader)? You have many other choices..many...

Great for him that he can enjoy the fruits of his labor. Look maybe you have had unfortunate things happen to you, I have no idea. I have had health issues of my own. I'm not sure what your point is. All I see is a complainer who is jealous of others' success or perceived success. It's not getting much sympathy from anyone at all. All it does it make people find you as a complainer.

What do you want your landlord to do ? Pay for trips overseas for you? There's no guarantees in life.

Your rant makes absolutely no sense. Unless your point is that people like you should be out looking for gold. Go for it. It's a free country at least until the socialists turn it into a Greece. Hey, buddy, if you hold on long enough, you'll get a free pension at 50 with lifelong health benefits. Working well in Greece!!
