CAPATALISM has proven itself bad for people, society and nation itself and reality is before us...how will we fix it?
It hasn't failed for the Billionaires just the 99%,

I was more poor than any of you and it - American capitalism -gave me a chance to have a good life here
I am tired of rants at holocaust victims about white male privilege and income inequality
You self improve you try you work you contribute
You don’t whine complain and demand

so why are the 99% still here? They should go somewhere where socialism is thriving so they can enjoy the mediocre things in life.

Not quite.
The 'failure' so many speak of affects perhaps 35%...
and with rather few exceptions they can trace the fault of that failure right to their own homes.

Look at how their parents and grands (and closest uncles and cousins) have done over the years
and how many extra siblings and cousins have been produced vs the ability to provide...
and then compare those observations to how most of the rest have managed for their families.

There actually are a large number of those 99% defecting to the People's Democratic Republic of Korea, Cuba, Venezuela and Haiti.

Total of 3,416 expatriates for the 12 month period ended June 30, 2019. In a country of 330 million, that's far from large.

I think the People's Democratic Republic of Korea a/k/a North Korea would be prime.

I agree. But the "system" should build in chances for education and second chances for those who took wrong paths in adolescence.
