I don't think we can know what all the effects would be, as the creation of such a drug would have huge repercussions throughout all of society. Our track record for accurately predicting the changes (both positive and negative) of truly disruptive technological advantages is not good.

You want a guess? It would be very expensive so only available to the wealthier citizens.

If it is widely available, the population increase would be noticeably bigger than before. New people arriving, existing people not departing.

Over-crowding would mean an increase in real estate prices (supply and demand). There would be a large increase in nasty slums as the poorest could no longer afford rent and would crowd together. lots of those places available for tours in third world countries if you'd like to see.

Increased demand for food most likely could not be met. Which is going to happen relatively soon, even without the life extending drug.

I don't know about the stock market, but I'd like to own stock in the company with the patent for the drug.
