Better a population group investing in the country in order to gain citizenship than just trying to hop the border from wherever to have a kid.

It's simply one way to reduce dollar amount in the world and draw it back to the USA. There are many technologies in place, used as needed, to do this.

Of course, every country in the world wants investors to move to their country. The US has been one of the best countries at getting foreign money to come here.

Countries would be stupid to not allow rich foreigners (investors) citizenship or residence.

..its also a way for countries with HIGH INFLATION to hedge their currencies by buying into the Dollar and simultaneously providing a way out of their Native Land.

I welcome people with money or educations in high demand fields who are willing to invest or work n our country to become citizens, what I don't want are people coming into the country illegally and milking off our tax dollars.
