We have a de facto labor standard for our currency. And we are in a position to impose that standard unilaterally on everyone.


We don't have to have deflation if we don't want to. We can chose inflation. All it takes in upping the minimum wage, a lot. And making corporation pay US minimum wage world wide.

And fewer still have figured out something to do about it. You can drive inflation with higher wages using the minimum wage law.


What can the FED do when we have the next recession? QE is it. If you want to get inflation when QE isn't working then it is the minimum wage law.


That is the lever. Use it.
