Things just suck man... this may just be me ranting but this reality!

People screaming trade school fine you get certified, you have to compete with old timers that didn't save up for their retirement because they are still stuck in their baby boomer luxury lifestyles, competitive pricing of other certified skilled workers of whatever profession (clerical and medical jobs), and lets not forget the skill undocumented workers that work for peanuts in all kinds of fields (auto mechanics, plumbing, construction, & etc).

Sure go into the military that doesn't mean you are not economically influenced. How long you think these wars are going to be funded? trust me not long and they already doing things like kicking people out with 15 yr small pension deals. Plus they are doing slow promotions in many of the branches. Lastly they are replacing personnel on ground with fast effective drones and robots.

Cool go for the 4 yr degree w/o a scholarship & get into student loan debt and be a slave to Sallie Mae. You still have to work a entry level job while going for graduates school and joggling your student loan debt, graduate school debt, and wearing knee pads begging for a promotion while baby boomer above you can't retire because he has no retirement because he blow it all away with his McMansion thats 4,000 sqft, that he keeps refinancing because the old "Trump lover" guy has old people problems like medical bills and kids in college.

This is the reality you live in so get fit/eat healthy, BECOME MULTI-TALENTED or have multiple incomes, don't buy stupid sh**, and don't vote for politicians that go against your own interest!!!

Hmmm. Average rates for a 30-year fixed home mortgage have declined by some 500 basis points since May of 2000. Anyone who held a mortgage over that interval should have refinanced it three or four times. This is only common sense, as failure to do so would have been the equivalent of simply throwing money away.
