Nano-influencers (1k-10k followers) earn $10-$100 per post
Micro-influencers (10k-50k followers) earn $100-$500 per post
Mid-tier influencers (50k-500k followers) earn $500-$5k per post
Macro-influencers (500k-1m followers) earn $5k-10k per post
Mega-influencers (1m+ followers) earn $10k+ per post

Problem is YT influencer is like acting in Hollywood. The biggest celebrities will get the big blockbuster roles and make the big bucks. Every other actor makes pennies and becomes homeless on Skid row.
Has to be same with YT. I mostly watch for entertainment, and eye candy. I have never truly been influenced to pay for anything. When I have been influenced I find an alternative to the sponsor of the video.
A really good stripper will make more money than a micro-influencer per follower, if you think of a private lap dance as a follower, and the people sitting on the floor as just viewers.
And being a stripper is less work. Only thing is a Stripper can only get in front of so many potential customers.

Many on YT don’t make much from it. Lots of work goes into production, editing, etc. The equipment costs by itself can run into the thousands.
Most probably think they are business owners just to write off their living expenses as "production costs".
