Well if this don't take the rag off the bush.Mr. Eddie Lampert having done what hedge funds do; loot, rape, and pillage a company leaving a twisting dying carcass, the guy now wants to "save" what's left of Sears. To wit buy what are probably the most valuable remaining assets (the Kenmore Brand name for a start) for what Mr. Lambert calls a "good price". https://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/...ert/index.html

In his defense --- Sears would have been dead two years ago without his creative financing strategies - but you're right -- this is almost the end for Sears and I for one am not sorry to see them go. They were beaten by much better managed companies.
