He already works for the government. It is while he is working for the government (that is, "on the clock") that he's posted over 7,600 times here on C-D.

He works for the government?

I remember when he was constantly posting about how it was impossible to get a job with the government and it wasn't fair because they only hire people who served in the military but the military didn't want him because he was too fat.
