I hope so but I don't see anything supporting that but wishful thinking. The outbreak has not leveled off in any place other than China, if you can trust their numbers. And even if you can, it's too soon to know if they are susceptible to a second wave. The Spanish Flu of 1918 killed more in the second and third waves than the first one.
