Of course, there are artisan produced goods made in the US. You have to look beyond the big box stores to find them, though.

People say they don’t like buying Chinese made goods, but it takes dedication to search out alternatives.
I am not aware that China invented dishes and stuff like that. Today I picked up a things. Surprise surprise...Made in the USA. I would upload but I can’t find an easy way to upload my pics. I bought Armourall dash wipes, and Hanes socks

I'm an American inventor living and working in Taiwan. In 2015 I explored the possibility of returning to the U.S. to work when my kids started high school there. I gave up after a year because of the lack of suppliers, high cost and slow-w-w turnaround.

Nope. Lucchese boots are made in their El Paso Texas factory.

I know my Lucchese boots were made in the USA. I shop in-person and check the labeling inside the boots. Some brands have production all over the place and it varies. It's one of the reasons I prefer shopping in-person unless I'm SURE of where something is made.

Allen Edmonds shoes are still assembled in the USA but their uppers for their hand sown line are made in the Dominican Republic, then shipped to their factory in Port Washington, WI for final manufacture of the finished product.

Now, of course, A-Es are premium priced footwear, so they can afford to do this.

probably make them in china because if the chinese steal the jordans and get caught, they'll get their hands chopped off. So nobody steals them.... unlike lonzo ball and his son thinking they're entitled to the shoes that was stolen. Lucky they're not chinese citizens otherwise they'd be turning big rocks into sand for the next 20 years.
