What is the political reality of the Fed raising interest rates

Unprecedented trillions printed since 2008 ...that is 12 years and the best we got out of it is anemic growth and 2% inflation..,I wouldn’t bet the ranch on inflation going much higher .

The fed has ways of reining it in unlike the 1970s.

We should have been like Zimbabwe already yet we are not ...

Anytime we think we got it all figured out , the reality is we don’t

What president is going to appoint a fed chairman that will actually raise rates, even if the fed has already said they will be near zero for a few more years.

Hopefully it will happen not too far in the future- I would LOVE to make something on my savings.

Higher rates and higher inflation are joined at the hip ..you may be better off now ....most of modern history has negative real returns on cash instruments
