I'm just wondering how many of you have received your third stimulus checks?

Last Friday I cleared money out of my bank account to avoid going over my resource limits, when I read that the electronic payments would start going out last weekend. When the payment didn't show up over the weekend, I saw some articles saying that the official date was Wednesday. I'm not sure what the reports were that they would start going out last weekend, if the actual date was Wednesday. Now it's Friday and I'm still not seeing the payment in my bank account.

It took over three weeks before I received the first stimulus payment. The second one showed up in my account just two days after they approved it. This one is looking like it's going to be more like the first. So what are your experiences?

Most everyone I talked to here received them sometime between Monday and Wednesday this week.

My experience has been similar to yours. Nothing same for another lady who was told she should see it in her account on the 17th. I gather another round will go out next Weds, I don't know this for sure, just something I read when I did a search for information on updates.

I guess we just have to wait for it. I guess it's just the luck of a draw. You either get it sooner or later.

I notice that the IRS is no longer providing a link to check the status. Just this message.

Yes, it was there on Wednesday. I'll be moving it to 2 credit union savings accounts (1/2 each) later today.

There is still a link. Just got to IRS.gov and it is right there on the front page - GET MY PAYMENT is the button to hit.

Everyone that I have asked already got theirs. I haven't gotten mine yet. When I go to check status it indicates:

You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.

We will deposit your payment to the bank account below. . .

I honestly don't know if we received one or not. I'll just wait and see on our next statement.
