I have been constantly right since I started posting here. No real economic growth will ever be possible unless we go thru deflation first and we allow deflation to do it's job.

Deflation before Reflation!!!!

That too. I meant to add that in my post.

A closed business has no need to borrow.

A business holding cash also doesn't need to borrow.

And if banks won't lend the ridiculous prices for real estate, even at historical low rates, not as much lending.

There will be a day of reckoning, but it may take an economic catastrophe to happen, or it might not.

If any of us could foretell the future, we'd all be lottery millionaire s!
